Jeff Wilson is the Executive Director of Brilliant Labs, a not-for-profit technology learning platform based in Atlantic Canada. As a former school teacher, Jeff recognized the importance of educating youth about technology early on. Now, through his leadership at Brilliant Labs, he is helping youth and educators across the region develop the skills needed to thrive in a technology-driven future. With a focus on innovation and digital literacy, Jeff’s work supports Brilliant Labs’ mission to prepare Atlantic Canada for the evolving demands of the future workforce and business landscape.

Biomaking is a new concept of makerspaces in which young people collaborate with harmless microbes like fungi, bacteria, yeast, and algae to design meaningful projects for a sustainable future.
